Gypsum Board Manufacturing Machine Price
Gypsum powder manufacturing operations may include crushing, grinding, screening, size classification, material handling operations etc. The gypsum powder is produced at specialized processing plants. The material from conventional crushing and screening operations is delivered to coarse and fine grinding primarily in roller mills or ball mills to reduce the material to the necessary product size range.
At some gypsum board manufacturing machine, drying, grinding, and calcining are performed in heated impact mills. In these mills hot gas contacts gypsum as it is ground. The gas dries and calcines the ore and then conveys the stucco to a product cyclone for collection. The use of heated impact mills eliminates the need for rotary dryers, calciners, and roller mills.
Gypsum Board Manufacturing Machine Operation
Before gypsum can be processed and used to make a wide range of products, it first has to be removed from the ground. Gypsum is either mined or quarried at numerous locations. After the extracted, the gypsum ore will be conveyed to gypsum powder manufacturing plant.
As needed, the primary crushed gypsum ore is further crushed and screened to about 50 mm in diameter. If the moisture content of the mined ore is greater than about 0.5 weight percent, the ore must be dried in a rotary dryer or a heated roller mill. Ore dried in a rotary dryer is conveyed to a roller mill, where it is ground to the extent that 90 percent of it is less 100 mesh.
