After the organic diatomite ore is extracted by acidic water, it is calcined at a high temperature under the protection of nitrogen to form a composite material of amorphous activated carbon diatomaceous with larger specific surface area and stronger adsorption capacity, and the modified treatment can further improve the adsorption performance. The active groups such as silicon hydroxy groups and manganese hydroxy groups on the diatomaceous modified by manganese oxide are adsorbed, and then aniline is removed by oxidation of the manganese oxide, wherein azobenzene is an intermediate product.
