Innovation of XZM Ultrafine Mill

XZM Series Ultrafine Mill is designed for making 325mesh to 3000mesh mineral powder. It’s suitable for grinding and processing of modest and soft non-inflammable and non-explosive brittle materials, such as calcium carbonate, limestone, gypsum, kaolin, bentonite, calcite, dolomite, talc, mica, attapulgite, barite and graphite. So far, it has been widely applied in paint, coating, paper-making, pigment,rubber, plastic, padding, cable, cosmetic, chemical supplies and many other industrial fields.

While, Zenith innovation steps of this XZM ultrafine mill has never stopped. Recently, we have adopted the multiple classifier rotors of our Ultrafine vetical roller mill to this XZM mill. After this modification, the powder quality of XZM mill is much better than before. The mill now could directly get D97=3000mesh calcium carbonate powder, and the 2micron content increases to 63%, which has dramatically promoted the quality and profit of powder.
