Iron Ore Mining Equipment
In the iron ore mining site, the first step is to extract the raw materials from the mine. The extracted minerals will be taken into jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for the primarily crushing stage.
In jaw crusher the materials are crushed into coarse ones which are sent into cone crusher or impact crusher for further crushing in the secondary section. To get the fixed material size, these minerals need to be sent into the grinding mill to be grinded. In this equipment, the desired size could be got.
Next is the magnetic separator. Depending on the different properties of the materials, the magnetic minerals will be separated from others. While in the flotation process, the separation process will be achieved by using chemical reagents that preferentially react with the desired mineral. Flotation is primarily used to upgrade concentrates resulting from magnetic separation.
iron ore mining equipment used
According to the mining process, the jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, ball mill, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen and flotation machine and magnetic separator will be used. Mining and processing of iron ore involves coarse crushing and screening.
Iron ore is beneficiated by crushing and then separating the iron from the gangue minerals through screening. This is usually so efficient that lower grade ore can be treated especially when the magnetite is quite coarse. Common iron ore crushers are jaw crusher, cone crusher and fine jaw crusher.
