Qualified lime stone material is fed into the raw material bucket through the forklift, and enters the belt conveyor at the bottom through the manual plunger valve, and is transported to the vertical mill through the hoist.The material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feed port. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves evenly from the center of the grinding disc to the edge. When passing through the grinding roller area on the grinding disc, the large material is crushed directly by the grinding roller, and the fine material is crushed into a material bed for intergranular grinding.
The ground material continues to move towards the edge of the grinding disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, and the larger granular material falls back to the grinding disc for further grinding.When the material in the air flow passes through the upper analysis machine, under the action of the analysis machine, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc, and the qualified fine powder comes out with the air flow.After grinding, the fine powder with qualified fineness will enter the pulse dust collector and be transported into the silo pump through the air lock valve between the discharge ports at the bottom.When iron and other sundries mixed with materials move to the edge of the grinding disc, they cannot be blown by the wind due to their own weight, fall to the lower chamber of the mill, and discharge out of the machine from the slag discharge mouth.
